Years of deadlines requiring cooperative and proactive thinking are evident in Cathy’s approach to getting a job done well! As a result, she has the ability to build long-lasting relationships due to her commitment to her clients and her strong working relationships with her colleagues.

Cathy has held a number of positions in Real Estate, commencing as an on-call receptionist in the Prudential Sussex office in West Vancouver in 2001 when her children were young. From there, she became an Unlicensed Assistant, a Buyer’s Agent, obtaining her real estate license in 2006. With that additional education under her belt, she became the Office Manager of Prudential Sussex where she managed both the North and West Vancouver offices for eight years.

In 2015, Cathy and Judi Whyte became partners at Royal LePage Sussex  (formerly Prudential Sussex Realty) working under the banner of The Whyte-Wood Team but like all good things, they sometimes come to an end. Judi retired in June of 2021 but Cathy continues providing you with unreproachable service and integrity, ensuring that the process of real estate is as stressless and seamless as possible. Her goal is to provide Service with Integrity and that service starts at the first meeting and never ends…..she is always available well after the sale completes to help with any issues that may arise or, just to continue that valued friendship.

Decorating and creating an inviting atmosphere through colour, design and creativity are additional qualities that Cathy puts to work for you to obtain the ultimate goal of adding value to your home! She cares about people, will listen to your concerns and puts her proactive approach into giving you, the client, what you want, whether it be Buying or Selling.

Cathy’s many years of administrative ability in the corporate world in Toronto have been an immeasurable asset to ensuring that all real estate transactions are handled in a hands-on,  efficient manner. Her organizational skills are second to none……. exactly what you want in handling your most important investment.
